“Hazem Warning” .. China announces the launch of military exercises around Taiwan

The Chinese army announced on Tuesday that it had started military exercises around Taiwan in a move involved in a “firm warning and strong deterrent” message to the separatists on the island.
“These exercises focus mainly on the naval-air combat patrols, comprehensive excellence, attacking marine and ground targets, besieging major areas and cutting naval roads,” said Colonel Shi Yi, a spokesman for the Eastern Chinese army leadership.
