"Emirati craftsmen" Details of the pavilion are used in Expo 2025 Osaka

Osaka, April 16 / WAM / The UAE Pavilion in Expo 2025 Osaka- Kansai continues to highlight the rich Emirati heritage, by highlighting authentic handicrafts within the activities of the fourth day, which included live workshops presented by the “House of craftsmen” with the participation of a group of Emirati craftsmen.

These live workshops include interactive experiences in the “spindle” letter “spindle”, which is one of its basic steps, in addition to filling and wicker, as the workshops allow visitors to the wing to make their own memorial from each craft separately, and also gives them the opportunity to learn craftsmen in the correct Emirati way under the supervision of “UAE mothers”, who represent a living memory of these arts rooted in the desert environment.

The workshops organized by the suite are with its interactive side, as small souvenirs are presented inspired by the original craft such as the till medals, mini pieces representing the spindle, and signs of books from wicker, allowing visitors to keep part of this cultural experience.

It should be noted that prominent pieces of pieces were designed in the pavilion that was implemented with the hands of the House of craftsmen, such as the “Sadu” piece that contains large displays in the “Health Care” section, which took about two months to implement, in addition to implementing the missile model in the space exploration department to be a symbol of creativity that is inspired by heritage.

This live participation embodies the presence of the Emirati desert with its authentic spirit, and its values ​​derived from generosity and skill, through the fingertips of craftsmen who transport these crafts from generation to generation.

Emirati craftsmen continue to attend the state wing until April 19, as part of the efforts of the UAE’s wing to introduce the cultural and humanitarian heritage of the state, in a manner that keeps pace with the present and simulates the future.
