The Egyptian Stock Exchange .. ALICO shares rises to a new standard

The share of the Arab Real Estate Investment Company “ALICO”, which is traded and traded on the Egypt Stock Exchange, has achieved a new standard at the price of 2.33 pounds per share.

The company’s shares rose at the beginning of today, Thursday, on the Egypt Stock Exchange by 4.89%, to trade at the price of 2.3 pounds per share, after its smiles for the unprecedented new standard.

ALICO’s trading at that time came through 433 trading processes with 8.16 million shares with a value of trading 18.81 million pounds.

While the highest price of the share at that time was at 2.33 pounds, the lowest price was at 2.23 pounds.

In Mali, Eliko Safi achieved profits during the first 9 months of the fiscal year 2024 with a value of 2.15 million pounds, compared to its profits during the first 9 months of the fiscal year 2023 amounting to 13.92 million pounds.

The company was able to achieve a growth in its sales volume, increasing during the first 9 months of the fiscal year 2024 to record 53.81 million pounds compared to sales of 51.76 million pounds during 9 months of the fiscal year 2023.

And the Arab Real Estate Investment Company – Alco is an Egyptian joint stock company, founded in mid -1991 and is specialized in implementing construction, housing, tourism and industrial projects.

Alico focuses on building housing and administrative units, buying and developing lands, and managing residential and administrative complexes, as well as establishing residential cities and tourist villages, in addition to providing real estate marketing services and importing and exporting construction supplies.

The shares of the company on the Egypt Stock Exchange were included in August 2011 to reflect its commitment to transparency and enhance the confidence of investors. The company seeks to achieve sustainable urban development through its various projects, which makes it a major player in the real estate sector in Egypt.
