المملكة: 50 thousand riyals and 6 months imprisonment is the penalty of the late expatriate for leaving after the expiry of his visa

The Ministry of Interior confirmed the application of a fine of up to (50,000) riyals, imprisonment for a period of up to (six months), and the deportation of the expatriate who is late to leave after the expiration of the entry visa granted to him.
The Ministry of Interior stressed the importance of adhering to the Hajj and Umrah regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Ministry of Interior announced the security and safety arrangements and procedures to serve the guests of Rahman, as part of the preparations of the Hajj season 1446, including:

Organizing the entry and departure of the Kingdom’s pilgrims

The deadline for entering the pilgrims of the Kingdom: Sunday 15 Shawwal 1440 AH corresponding to April 13, 2025 AD.
The last date for the departure of the pilgrims: Tuesday 1 Dhu al -Qi’dah 1446 AH corresponding to April 29, 2025 AD.

Organizing the entry of residents to the city of Makkah Al -Mukarramah

As of Wednesday, 25 Shawwal 1446 AH, corresponding to April 23, 2025 AD, it is required for the entry of the Holy Capital a work permit or the identity of a resident issued by the Holy Capital or a valid Hajj.
