Abdullah bin Salem Al Qasimi chairs the Executive Council meeting

Sharjah, April 22/ WAM/ His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Council, was chaired today, Tuesday, in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Council, a meeting of the Council held in the office of His Highness the Ruler.

The meeting dealt with a number of topics on the agenda of the council, which is concerned with following up the performance of government departments and bodies, and seeing the progress of work in various sectors and their growth to achieve the targets set by the emirate.

The Council issued a decision to promote Eng. Salem Hamed Al -Abdouli, Director of Projects Department at the Housing Department in the Emirate of Sharjah, to the point of “Director of a Department”, to the special job system in the Sharjah government, and his appointment as director of the department.

The council also issued a decision regarding the dropping of traffic violations in the Emirate of Sharjah, stipulating that traffic violations registered with the competent authority will be forfeited in the General Command of Sharjah Police, which has been (10) years from the date of their commitment.

The decision also stipulated that the General Command of Sharjah Police fulfill a fee of (1,000) dirhams in exchange for a request to drop traffic violations, and the following cases are excluded from the following cases .. The death of the owner of the vehicle is proven, and the vehicle owner’s departure from the state’s departure for a period of no less than (10) continuous years, and the abandoned vehicle whose owner abandoned it after it was impossible to reach.

The Council reviewed the amendments to the Consultative Council of the Emirate of Sharjah on the draft law regulating the judiciary in the Emirate of Sharjah, and directed the council to refer the project to His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, in preparation for its issuance.

The Council discussed the growth witnessed by the aviation sector in the Emirate of Sharjah, which comes as a result of the motivational environment and the various logistical and service facilities that characterize the emirate, familiar with future opportunities that enhance Sharjah’s position in the aviation sector.

The Council reviewed a report on the Sharjah Vocational Training Center for Airport Sciences, which provides accredited training programs from local and international bodies, and includes air, air transport and security fields.

And between the report, the specialized and integrated facilities included in the center, such as simulation devices, training rooms, laboratories, test rooms, meetings, conference hall and classes, in addition to the stages that the center went through during obtaining various credits.
