The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, through the list of approved educational jobs, emphasized the existence of eight specific cases according to which the teacher is removed from the ranks of the ranks of educational jobs, from practicing the education profession immediately and directly, without the need to present it to any committee or other authority for review.
The ministry explained that this procedure comes within the framework of keenness to maintain the quality of the educational process, ensure the safety of the school environment, and enhance the basic values ​​and principles on which the educational system is based in the Kingdom.

Instant deportations of the teacher

The list of cases for immediate deportation is at the forefront of the teacher’s commitment to any form of insulting the true Islamic religion, or the person of the Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, or to one of his esteemed companions, may God be pleased with them, as this is a dangerous violation of the legal and national principles.
The immediate deportation includes the adoption of the teacher of intellectual trends that are classified as perverted, or that he spread harmful ideas between students or in the educational ocean during the performance of his work, because of this a direct negative impact on the young and the educational environment.
Among the other reasons that require this decisive measure is an official directive from the head of state security regarding the teacher related to his involvement in issues that affect national security or adopt extremist ideas. In this case, it is immediately excluded.

And if the teacher is decided to remove one of these reasons, the regulation gives him two basic options; Either retirement if the years of his service qualify him for that, or transfer to an administrative job suitable for his qualifications and expertise in another government agency outside the Ministry of Education.
And if there is no appropriate administrative function, it can be transferred to a job with a lower level, provided that the beneficiary approval and the teacher’s acceptance, and then the degree whose salary is equal is granted with the degree salary he deserves.
In the event that no appropriate job is available, or the teacher does not want to move to a lower level, he is temporarily assigned a non -educational work inside schools or education departments for a maximum for a maximum of six months, while continuing his full salary, to give him an opportunity to search for another job.
And if this period has passed without joining a new job, his service is terminated and considered in the ruling of the resigned.
The regulations categorically stressed that it is not permissible under any circumstance to return the teacher who has been removed from one of the reasons mentioned to any educational job covered by the regulations, or assigning him to any leadership tasks in the educational sector, and it is excluded from this only cases where the deportation decision has been issued for purely health reasons.

Cases in which the teacher is deprived of the annual bonus

The regulations touched on cases where the teacher is deprived of the annual bonus, explaining that this happens if he obtains a functional performance assessment with an estimated “illness” or less in the year before the probability of the bonus.
Or if he is unable to obtain the professional license necessary to practice the profession or not renew it on time according to the regulations in force with the Education and Training Evaluation Authority, with the exception of the employees of the position of “assistant teacher” from the requirement of the professional license.
Also, the teacher is deprived of the bonus if he exceeds the period of his absence from work without an acceptable excuse with his workplace fifteen days during the year before the entitlement of the bonus.
These strict regulatory measures come as part of an integrated system aimed at raising the efficiency and performance of the educational staff, preserving the prestige and status of the education profession, and providing a safe and stimulating school environment that corresponds to the established religious and national values, and eventually contributes to achieving distinguished educational outcomes that are in line with the aspirations of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
