Saudi consultants in the medical of King Saud University are trained by doctors from several countries on auditory crops

The University Medical City at King Saud University, represented by the King Abdullah Specialist Center for Ear in Riyadh, held yesterday an intensive scientific workshop on auditory crops, addressed to a number of doctors from all over the world.

International doctors participating in the first scientific workshop of its kind in the Middle East, over the two days, received training at the hands of Saudi consultants and consultants in the field of hearing surgeries at King Abdulaziz University Hospital.

Dr. Farid Al -Zahrani, a consultant nose and throat surgery at the Medical City, explained that the workshop included theoretical lectures, presentations, and practical surgical training, along with a live broadcast of surgeries that were carried out during the workshop period, adding that the workshop targeted the ear, throat surgeries who have advanced knowledge of ear surgery to enhance their skills in cochlear (Cochlear cultivation Implant, Vibrant Soundbridge and boneridge to treat various types of hearing impairment of different degrees.

For her part, the director of the King Abdullah Specialist Center for Ear, Dr. Fida Al -Muhaous, confirmed that the international workshop in hearing crops is the first workshop to be held in the Middle East to grow all kinds of medical headphones, noting that the organization of this workshop comes as an affirmation of what the Kingdom in general and the medical city at King Saud University in particular in particular in the field of hearing crops.
