The Emirates is the guest of honor of the 7th session of the “FDC Summit” summit in Cairo

The organizing committee for the activities of the “FDC Summit” summit in its seventh session, which begins today, in Cairo under the slogan “Regional Summit for Digital Industry”, will host the UAE as an official honor guest of the event with the participation of the Cyber ​​Security Council and a number of Emirati companies.

The summit will continue until April 30 at the Egypt Center for Exhibitions and International Conferences, in the presence of more than 100 regional and international experts and decision maker.

The Cyber ​​Security Council of the UAE government will participate in the summit with a high -ranking delegation, headed by Dr. Mohamed Al -Kuwaiti, President of the Council, in addition to the participation of a number of Emirati companies leading in the fields of cyber technology and security.

This participation reflects the leading position of the UAE on the map of cybersecurity and digital transformation regionally and globally, as well as the depth of strategic relations between the UAE and the Arab Republic of Egypt, especially in the field of information and communications technology.

Dr. Muhammad Al -Kuwaiti stressed that the council is working to enhance cooperation with partners from all over the world in the field of cybersecurity, to enhance the exchange of experiences and develop best practices and innovative solutions in this field, noting that the regional summit for digital industry “FDC” is one of the prominent examples of the council’s efforts in cooperation with regional and international partners in the field of cybersecurity.

He added that the participation of the country delegation at this summit reflects the UAE’s continuous commitment to developing digital infrastructure and supporting the growth of the digital sector in the Middle East, expressing its aspiration during the summit activities to exchange experiences and ideas with its counterparts in the region on issues of cybersecurity and security security.

For his part, Eng. Tariq, the network of the head of the organizing committee for the activities of the “FDC Summit” summit, said that the choice of the UAE as a guest of honor for the seventh round of the “FDC Summit” summit represents an affirmation of the depth of strategic relations between the two brotherly countries, and reflects the leadership role of the Emirates in the areas of cybersecurity and digital innovation.

He stressed the importance of the participation of the Cyber ​​Security Council and the Emirati companies that will open new prospects for cooperation between Egyptian and Emirati companies, and contribute to exchanging knowledge and enhancing partnership opportunities in future technical projects, indicating that the summit will witness the announcement of a number of new strategic partnerships between Egyptian and Emirati companies working in the field of information technology and cyber security, which enhances regional integration and supports efforts to build a safe digital system And sustainable in the region.

The activities of the “FDC Summit” summit include more than 40 specialized sessions with the participation of 100 international and regional speakers, and cover several major axes that include digital transformation, database industry, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, smart cities, the fourth industrial revolution, digital economy, innovation and entrepreneurship.
