المملكة: The release of 583 new building licenses via the “Baladi” platform in Al -Madinah Al -Munawwarah

The Municipality of Al -Madinah Al -Munawwarah announced the adoption of a number of licenses and permits via the “Baladi” platform during the month of March 2025 AD.
The Secretariat indicated that the completed licenses were to issue more than 583 new construction licenses, and (3352) health certificates.

Points via the “Baladi” platform

It also completed (1183) professional licenses, (514) surveying decisions, and (3) licenses to restore buildings.
This is in addition to (118) permit to practice commercial activities for (24) hours.

Municipal services in Medina

The Secretariat called for benefiting from more than 200 diverse digital municipal services provided by the “Baladi” platform.
This is in order to achieve the concept of the smart municipality and raise the quality of life in the cities of the Kingdom.
