المملكة: Orange warning for Riyadh: Rain and strong winds will continue until Monday morning
Issue The National Center of Meteorology made a new update to the early warning system, which included lowering the warning level while maintaining an alert about the weather conditions witnessed by The Riyadh region, classified under the orange warning level.
The update clarified that the situation includes the capital, Riyadh, and a number of governorates and centers, including Diriyah, Rumah, and Durma, which are affected by moderate rain, accompanied by a number of weather phenomena.

The center stated that the effects associated with the situation include high-speed winds, a decrease in horizontal visibility, and hail. And thunderbolts, in addition to the possibility of water accumulating in a number of locations.
He pointed out that the beginning of the situation was at 2:30 in the afternoon on Sunday, and will continue until 3:00 in the morning on Monday.
The National Center of Meteorology called on citizens and residents to be cautious and vigilant, to stay away from flood streams and valleys, and to follow weather updates immediately, in order to preserve public safety.
