"Dubai Navy" Looking with the representatives of the marine anchors

Dubai, May 7 / WAM / The Dubai Marine Authority of the Ports Foundation, Wagark, and the free zone organized a workshop to discuss mechanisms and procedures for providing services in the emirate’s anchors with representatives of marine marinas in the Emirate of Dubai with the aim of developing a unified framework that contributes to supporting the sustainable growth of the tourism sector in the emirate, and enhancing Dubai’s attractiveness as an ideal choice for luxury marine experiences from all over the world.
According to a press release issued today, this initiative comes within the framework of the commitment of the Dubai Naval Authority to enable the business community and facilitate organizational procedures, in line with the aspirations of investors and entrepreneurs to enhance the position of the Emirate of Dubai in luxury and distinguished maritime tourism, which enhances Dubai’s position as a global center for marine tourism, and this workshop represents a basic step towards developing a flexible and smart organizational environment that is in line with international best practices, and includes Providing modern and smooth naval services that enhance the experience of sea visitors.
Sheikh Dr. Saeed bin Ahmed bin Khalifa Al Maktoum, Executive Director of the Dubai Naval Authority, pointed out that cooperation with the various concerned authorities, especially marine beacons, reflects the keenness to involve the stakeholders in drawing the future of the marine sector.
He said that we believe in the importance of building effective partnerships with the private sector to provide innovative and sustainable solutions, and we are proud of the role that each marina plays in achieving this goal.
The attendees also touched on the review of the basic procedures and documents required for the service of “downloading and downloading passengers” and the permissible periods in each marina with the determination of the expected time to respond to this service, in addition to the establishment of smart and fast communication channels with the anchors through the appropriate smart applications with the aim of enabling the sea goers to quickly and smoothly access to marine searchers.
The directors of the departments of the Dubai Naval Authority reviewed the proposed digital solutions to establish smart and safe channels between the anchors and customers, which contributes to providing a modern and rapid experience aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and providing a distinguished experience for sea visitors, in addition to defining the unified procedures for the service of downloading and downloading passengers and “Dock & Dine” while identifying and discussing the requirements, documents and procedures necessary to provide Services, in addition to determining the expected time for the anchors, yachts and boat operators.
