Your heart is your life .. an awareness campaign in Al -Qassim calls for a healthy life

The Prince Sultan Center for Heart Medicine and Surgery in Al -Qassim, one of the components of the Qassim Health Gathering, implemented an awareness campaign entitled “Your Heart Your Life … Protect your Hearts of Your Heart”, in the Salim Mosque in Buraidah, as part of a series of awareness campaigns implemented by the center to enhance the health of the heart and prevent its diseases, through early detection, and the call to adopt a healthy behavior that raises the quality of the individual’s life. 108 beneficiaries benefited from it, which resulted in the transfer of 7 cases to specialized medical centers, and 23 health volunteers participated in the implementation of the campaign.

The campaign included providing examination and measurement services that include sugar, pressure, length, weight, and body mass index, as well as a medical consulting workshop and awareness tests, coinciding with the International Smoking Day, and the International Day of High blood pressure.

This campaign comes as a continuation of the center’s efforts in societal awareness, and to spread a healthy culture that keeps pace with the target of Saudi Vision 2030 towards a more healthy and conscious society.
