"Ras Al Khaimah Resources" The results of human resources units are announced within a system "stars"

Ras Al Khaimah, May 12 / WAM / The Human Resources Department in the Ras Al Khaimah Government announced the results of human resources units within the system of evaluation and classification of human resources units in government agencies “Stars”, where the Department of Economic Development, the Public Prosecution Department and the Ras Al Khaimah Customs Department obtained the highest rating in the first session of the system.

“Stars” aims to assess the capabilities of human resources units in the government through criteria based on best practices in a way that supports the achievement of the vision of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, in order to build the capabilities of government agencies in managing human capital and implementing policies, and providing distinguished services to raise the happiness of employees and improve their professional journey and satisfy government agencies for the human resources unit as a business and success partner.
The system is based on several criteria derived from the indications of the word “stars”, so that each letter indicates a major standard under which sub -standards are included “the internal system, quality, communication and convergence” in the light of which is evaluated and classified by human resources units of five stars according to the degree of maturity and progress of its capabilities.
The announcement ceremony witnessed a number of general directors of human resources officials and included a presentation of the constituency strategy 2025-2027, as well as a review of the “Journey of the Evaluation and Classification of Human Resources Units” plan, which has gone through several stages since the start of the brainstorming sessions to set preliminary standards for evaluation and until the announcement of the final results.
The Command of the Human Resources Department emphasized that this system comes within the framework of its efforts to enhance the culture of institutional excellence and improve the efficiency of human resources in the Ras Al Khaimah government, by building units capable of providing services and work practices with international specifications in the field of human capital management, and enhancing competition between human resources units in enhancing the efficiency of compliance and ensuring that services provide employees in a leading and innovative way.
