⁃ Not to strain the soul during the performance of the hermit, such as: climbing the mountain or running in feelings, as the obligatory should be performed with ease in order to avoid health problems.

⁃ Make sure to wash hands well with soap and water after sneezing or coughing, before and after eating, and after going to the water cycle.

⁃ Avoid direct exposure to sunlight and stay in shaded and cold places.

⁃ Wear a single -use medical muzzle to protect against diseases and odors, and make sure to replace it and avoid repeated wearing the same muzzle.

⁃ Make sure to avoid crowding as much as possible, and to carry an umbrella that protects the sun in the movements of feelings on foot.

⁃ In the event of a feeling of extreme fatigue, especially diabetes patients, stop immediately and eat any juice or piece of dates or sugar, as the symptoms- God forbid- may be for low sugar, it is necessary to rest and treatment.
