Samih Sawiris blows a surprise about the fate of his wealth

The Egyptian businessman Samih Sawiris, the brother of Naguib and Naef Sawiris and classified as wealthy businessmen in the Arab world and Africa, blew a surprise about the distribution of his wealth, indicating that he will not give her completely to his children, but will only give them part of them.

Sawiris said in a statement he made to the Podcast “Eh Solid”: This approach stems from his conviction that the huge inheritance may not be in the interest of children, as it loses them the ability to innovate and experience building from scratch, “which deprives them of the pleasure of achievement and work,” as he put it.

Sawiris added that directing part of his wealth towards charitable works and social service is the solution, as the rich is not the large number of money in banks, but with contentment and happiness, considering that whoever has the conviction does not suffer from any need.

He continued: “I know a billionaire who have a lot of money, but they are in fact poor because of their view of their colleagues and their dissatisfaction with what they possess.”

“Whoever sees my simple clothes, which I do not change much, he never thinks that I am a wealth, and the reason is that I have a sufficiency and I am not hungry.”

The “Forbes” magazine is estimated at the wealth of Nassef Sawiris at 8.8 billion dollars, as it is the wealthiest in the famous “Sawiris” family, followed by Naguib Sawiris, then Samih Sawiris, as part of the fortune of the family founded by Father Onsi Sawiris since the 1950s.
