Nisreen Tafesh attacks the way to arrest a Kuwaiti artist: living in the days of pre -Islamic times

The scene of the emergence of Kuwaiti actress Shujun Al -Hajri, who is bound by the hands and sits on the ground the moment she was arrested by the security authorities, sparked a strong shock on social media, after leaking pictures that documented the moment of her arrest after finding materials banned in her possession, according to what the Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior officially confirmed.

The scenes that spread sparked a wave of reactions, some of which are angry at the behavior of the artist, while others denounced the way she was presented in this humiliating situation. The striking was the entry of Nisreen Tafesh on the line, which expressed her full solidarity with Shujun, and she rejected what she described as “brutal defamation”.

In a message via the “Al -Estouri” feature in Instagram, Tafesh wrote: “An Arab artist from a country that loved his people, talented and successful … She was arrested and defamed in a very ugly way.”

She added: “We are not in the time of pre -Islamic times, it is not correct to photograph a kneeling person on the ground.”
Tafesh concluded with a strict humanitarian message in which she said: “No one is infallible, and there is no perfect person.”

While the Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior committed not to mention the artist’s name explicitly, contented with a statement indicating “the seizure of a citizen”, the publication of a picture documented the moment of the arrest of the cakes of the hand -calamity as a clear evidence of her identity, to quickly export search engines and means of communication.

The official statement clarified that the security operation came after information received by the possession of prohibited materials, followed by accurate monitoring and field investigations, which resulted in finding materials suspected of being intended for abuse, including prohibited materials and mental effects.
