“Birth without pain” .. a qualitative initiative in (3) hospitals in Al -Qassim

Al -Qassim Health Gathering launched a qualitative initiative entitled “Birth without Pain”, aimed at providing a safe and effective option for pregnant women to relieve the pain of natural childbirth using the technique of the sophisticated anesthesia (back needle), in three healthy facilities belonging And upgrading the quality of maternity and childhood care services, by providing safe alternatives to relieve pain in an approved medical way, contributes to enhancing mothers’ satisfaction with the birth experience in hospitals.

The assembly indicated that it prepared a specialized training program for the concerned medical and nursing differences before the start of the initiative, to ensure readiness and apply clinical standards in the highest levels of quality and safety, and the programs included the rehabilitation of cadres to deal with the technology of sophisticated anesthesia according to modern protocols; This reflects the commitment of the assembly to develop the capabilities of its employees and update their skills continuously, pointing out that through this initiative, all pregnant women are medical qualified to use the back needle, which contributes to relieving pain during childbirth in a safe way, and supports assembly plans to enhance the patient’s experience and achieve the highest levels of satisfaction and reliability in his health services.
