Rehabilitation of leadership cadres capable of innovation and future industry is a national priority

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God preserve him, in the Emirates Towers, in Dubai, witnessed the graduation ceremony of a batch of 2024-2025 from the program “Mohammed bin Rashid for the Preparation of Leaders”, within the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Leadership Preparation of the Executive Office of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

His Highness stressed that the rehabilitation of leadership cadres capable of innovation and the make -up of the future will remain a national priority in the UAE and a firm approach to enhancing their civilizational gains and their global position, and developing the ability of its institutions to interact positively with every new person in the world of management, economics, money and sustainable development.

His Highness said: “This new batch is proud of our ambitious national leaders that we cherish in the governmental and private sectors … proud of what the people of our country prove every day from a positive initiative, responsibility and commitment to developing their capabilities, institutional work and serving people …

Participated in the program, which aims to develop and promote leadership skills among ambitious Emirati leaders and qualify them for leadership positions and managing strategic and transformative projects in the country, affiliated with government and private agencies.

The associates of the program, based on the thought and approach of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, fought a series of integrated leadership experiences that brought together strategic thought, application and global openness, which included individual and collective orientation, under the supervision of 60 Emirati leaders and international experts, and in cooperation with a group of leading universities and international centers.

The employees of the program also had an international trip, through a visit to the Sandhire Royal Military Academy in Britain, with the aim of developing concepts of discipline, decisiveness, and field leadership.

The two associates of the year 2024-2025 of the “Mohammed bin Rashid Leadership” program presented a practical application about 6 transformational projects that included health, education, economy, quality of life, tourism, infrastructure, and society.

It is noteworthy that the “Mohammed Bin Rashid Leaders’ Preparation” program started in 2017 to prepare leadership leaders that stimulate innovation in work and creativity methods, and achieve qualitative transformations in the paths of empowering cadres and work environments, and contributes to the foresight and industry foresight.

The Mohammed Bin Rashid Center for Leadership Preparation since its establishment in 2003 contributed to the graduation of more than 1,000 leaders and affiliates in various promising sectors, including 9 ministers, 10 ministries, 15 general managers, and 99 executive managers.
