The media office of the Sharjah government enhances the institutional training system with certified trainers
Sharjah, on July 10/ WAM/ The media office of the Sharjah Government, in cooperation with the University of Sharjah, concluded the “Training Training” program with the participation of 18 employees and employees from various specializations and departments, as part of an integrated plan to establish an internal network of qualified trainers to transfer their knowledge and professional skills through specialized training programs.
The conclusion of the program was attended by His Excellency Tariq Saeed Allai, Director General of the Media Office of the Sharjah Government, Dr. Essam El -Din Ajami, Director of Sharjah University, His Excellency Alia Al Suwaidi, Director of the Media Office of the Sharjah Government, and Dr. Asma Nasseri, Director of the Center for Continuing Education and Professional Development at the University of Sharjah.
The activities of the conclusion of the program – prepared by the Center for Continuing Education and Professional Development at the university – included presentations for the graduate projects designed by them that dealt with various topics, including design, podcasts, budget, events management and other training contents whose content has been prepared in creative ways.
Allai affirmed the commitment of the media office of the Sharjah government to develop the capabilities of its employees to build a sustainable training system and said that the capacity building starts from the inside by enabling employees to specialize the specialized training tools to be ambassadors for knowledge.
For his part, Dr. Essam El -Din Ajami stressed that the partnership with the media office of the Sharjah government in implementing the “Training Training” program embodies the vital role that the university plays in supporting institutional development plans and providing cognitive qualification with high quality for various government agencies.

Skills of delivery, presentation and analysis of needs, and the tools of impact assessment under the supervision of a group of accredited trainers from Sharjah University.
Dr. Asmaa Nassiri indicated that the training program “Training of Trainers”, was designed according to the latest training standards in high quality, taking into account the privacy of the media work environment.
The certificates of a certified trainer were delivered to the graduates after passing the requirements of practical and theoretical training successfully.
