The evaluation process takes 75 minutes, and the participant is given a final degree between 30 and 36 points, with 30 points the minimum success.
The ministry confirmed that it provided an integrated technical and organizational structure for the project, which included the identification of the centers accurately, with field supervision teams, and an electronic map through an interactive platform to help the participants in accessing their sites, facilitating participation and ensuring the evaluation mechanism efficiently.
The Ministry indicated that the project represents a pivotal turn in building a standard database on professional competencies in the country, which helps to direct training programs and formulate sustainable professional paths for each teacher and educational leader.
She stressed that the results of the evaluation will not be used for control purposes, but will be employed in the service of sustainable development of the educational system, noting that the real investment starts from the teacher, and the quality of education stems from the quality of competencies.
