259 thousand beneficiaries of the project "Save grace" Fujairah Fujairah during the first half

Fujairah on July 19/ WAM/ The “Keeping Grace” project of the Fujairah Charitable Society during the first half of 2025 succeeded in reaching 259 thousand beneficiaries in a qualitative achievement that reflects the leadership of the emirate in sustainable charitable work.

His Excellency Youssef Rashid Al -Marshoudi, Director General of the Association stressed that the project, which has become a national model to follow, embodies the vision of the rational leadership in promoting social solidarity and preserving human dignity, by collecting excess food from occasions, hotels and institutions, and redistributing it to the needy families and beneficiaries according to the highest standards of quality and food safety, in partnership with various sectors and volunteers.

He stressed that the association has strengthened the arrival of aid in dignity to the beneficiaries by publishing 88 refrigerated food distribution units, “preserving the grace” in strategic locations in the mosques and residential neighborhoods in Fujairah and Dibba, to ensure the arrival of the beneficiaries easily and in an atmosphere that preserves their privacy.

He added: “We continue to develop the project, create smart mechanisms, and expand our partnerships to ensure its sustainability and enhance its societal impact, in line with the aspirations of leadership to perpetuate the culture of preserving grace and reducing food waste.”

He called on society to continue to support the project, whether by donations or volunteering, in a way that contributes to the consolidation of the values of giving and enhances the continuity of assistance to the targeted groups.

He thanked all partners from government agencies, hotels, institutions and volunteers for their valuable contributions, stressing that the association is continuing in its career towards achieving sustainable community development and turning Fujairah into a model to be followed in charitable work.
