“General of the Sambli” wins “excellence in developing skills” in “PowerList” Awards

General of the Academy of Baldli Bahrain announced its victory in the “Excellence in Skills Development” award, which is one of the most prominent awards within the “Powerlist” awards ceremony for 2025.
This prominent ceremony was held on June 30, under the auspices of the Speaker of the Shura Council, Ali Al -Saleh, in celebration of the exceptional leadership skills that caused a tangible and positive impact in various sectors in the Middle East.
The “Excellence in Skills Development” award is awarded to organizations that contribute to effective efforts to developing skills, which contributes to achieving wider social integration, economic empowerment, and sustainable growth in the labor market. The General Sambli Academy has received a special acclaim for its clear impact on the readiness of the workforce in the Kingdom and its long -term competitiveness.
Since its launch in July 2022, the Academy has generated more than 1500 Bahraini, achieving a remarkable graduation rate of approximately 93%, and an enabling professional for about 80% of its graduates. This success is due to the solid academy partnerships with employers and comprehensive professional support services.
These results are based on the approach of “General of the Sambli” that puts the learner at the heart of the educational process, adopting the continuous innovation in designing its programs. This commitment was clearly evident in 2024, when the Academy presented modern training paths, which included part -time training camps and vocational development paths in areas such as Python, Java and Data Science. These programs were designed to meet the needs of the participants in their various stages: starting with students and searches for job opportunities, to those who seek to change their career course or develop their skills during work. The curriculum covers vital areas that include programming areas and user experience design (UX), data analysis, data science and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, ensuring the rehabilitation of “General Sambli” graduates to keep pace with the requirements of the advanced labor market effectively.
The director of the General Sambli Academy in Bahrain, Ahlam Aoun, commented on this achievement, saying: “This award confirms the role of (General Sambli) as a national engineer for digital transformation.
