Dubai, August 18 / WAM / in implementation of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God bless him, and the follow -up of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate 1.725 billion dirhams, within the framework of the Foundation’s keenness to enhance family stability and social welfare of citizens.
The housing package includes 1390 housing facilities at a value of 1.184 billion dirhams to support citizens in construction, maintenance and purchase of housing, and 935 residential grants at a value of 540.3 million dirhams, including maintenance and construction and ownership of housing, in addition to 695 residential land grants within the integrated support system to enable citizens to have appropriate housing.
His Excellency Mohammed Hassan Al -Shehhi, Acting Executive Director of the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Foundation, affirmed that these achievements embody the vision of the wise leadership in enabling citizens to obtain high -quality housing solutions, saying: “We are committed to translating high directives into tangible results, through the innovation of a flexible and comprehensive housing system based on efficiency and quality of service, and contributes to raising the level of family and social stability.”
Al -Shehhi pointed out that these efforts are consistent with the targets of the Dubai Urban Plan 2040, and the Dubai Social Agency D33, which aims to consolidate the emirate’s position as a leading city in the quality of life, through an advanced and sustainable housing system that enhances economic growth and achieves societal cohesion.
