The United Nations: The famine in Gaza cannot continue without punishment

UN Secretary -General Antonio Guterres said, after the United Nations officially declared famine at Gaza : "We cannot allow this situation to continue without punishment"
added "We need an immediate ceasefire, the immediate release of all hostages, and the arrival Humanitarian aid completely and without obstacles"
