“Boeing” receives Emirati companies 15 new aircraft in 6 months

The American company “Boeing” handed out four Emirati companies and transportation 15 new aircraft during the 6 months of the period between February and July of this year 2025, according to data issued by the company.
According to the data that “Emirates Today” obtained a copy of it, Boeing handed over 6 Boeing 737 MAX aircraft to the flydubai company, as well as 4 of the same model aircraft to Dubai Aviation Industries.
Also, 3 Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft handed over to Etihad Airways, as well as two Boeing 777 aircraft dedicated to air shipping to Emirates Airlines.
Two planes were delivered in February, March, April and May, compared to 3 aircraft in June and 4 aircraft in July.
UAE companies have acquired the majority of deliveries in the Middle East region during the first seven months of this year. According to the data, Boeing was over, in total, 23 aircraft for seven companies in the region, including 15 aircraft for Emirati companies. The civil aviation sector in the UAE recorded a remarkable growth in performance indicators during the first half of the year 2025, as the country’s airports received 75.4 million passengers, achieving 5% growth compared to 71.7 million passengers in the same period last year, as January was the highest intensity by registering more than 13.7 million passengers.
The air traffic in the country witnessed a growth of 6.2% to 531 thousand air movements, compared to approximately 500,000 in the first half of 2024.
