“Tamkeen” stops support for 20 inconsistent training certificates with the priorities of the empowerment of the strategy

The Labor Fund “Tamkeen” announced the suspension of support for 20 incomplete training certificates with strategic priorities, after completing its periodic review of a number of training programs that provide support for professional certificates in various specialties, within the organizational framework updated for training programs in order to improve the impact and outputs of the programs.
According to a statement issued by “Tamkeen”: The updated organizational framework includes a number of organizational procedures and controls that were designed to measure the impact of training programs on beneficiaries, and includes intensive periodic reviews of the training programs and the extent of their compatibility with the strategic work fund priorities, in addition to procedures for beneficiaries to measure the impact of programs on their professional development.
The statement pointed out that this course included an intense review of the certificates, which resulted in the suspension of support for 20 certificates and a number of amendments to support criteria and requirements for 6 other certificates, as this step comes with the aim of improving the outcomes of training programs and enhancing their impact in line with the goals of the “empowerment” of the strategy to provide and support training programs that help develop national cadres skills and enhance their opportunities to enter the labor market, develop or launch Their works and development.
“Tamkeen” affirmed the keenness to measure the impact of training programs on the professional development of individuals and obtaining job opportunities by communicating with the beneficiaries of these programs, and following them during and after completing the program, in addition to implementing a number of follow -up procedures to ensure the quality of training.
The statement continued that in this context, more than 30 inspection visits were implemented for training visitors during this year, and more than 400 beneficiaries of programs were made to measure their impact on their professional development, and see their opinions and observations regarding their experience during the program, in addition to tracking their professional development and obtaining job opportunities by linking with relevant institutions
These efforts come in line with the strategic priorities of the Labor Fund for the year 2025, which is to enhance the status and competitiveness of the Bahraini citizen in the private sector, and to provide Bahrainis with the appropriate skills for job development in the private sector, as well as granting priority for the growth, concealment, and sustainability of institutions.
