Al -Khuzami Board of Directors recommends the distribution of profits for the first half of 2025

Yesterday, Al -Khuzami Commercial Company recommended distributing cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of 2025.
The company said in a statement on a website "Saudi Arabia trading": The total amount distributed is 5.4 million riyals, while the number of shares due for profits is 3.942.398.

and added that the share share of the distribution is 1.369 riyals, while the distribution rate to the nominal share value is 13.69%? For entitlement on the day of the company’s general assembly (which will be announced later), and the registrations in the company’s shareholders ’registry at the Securities Depository Center Company (I Esam), while the date of the distribution will be announced later.
