"Federal Nuclear Control" It organizes the Customer Council meeting to enhance its services

Abu Dhabi, August 26/ WAM/ The Federal Nuclear Control Authority, during the first meeting of the Customer Council, reviewed its electronic licensing system that contributes to accelerating the procedures for issuing licenses and reducing administrative complications.
More than 30 representatives of the nuclear and radiological sector from the licensed companies in the country participated in the meeting, which was licensed in the industrial, medical, and other fields, and an interactive workshop was held during which the participants presented proposals and ideas to develop the services of the authority and enhance its efficiency.
Crister Victoron, Director General of the Authority, said that this initiative reflects the authority’s commitment to excellence in the service of customers, and its support for the nuclear and radiological sector by facilitating control procedures in line with its primary role in protecting society and the environment.
As the nuclear regulatory authority in the UAE, the authority deals with more than 3000 licenses using nuclear and radiological materials, ensuring the highest standards of safety and protection of society and the environment.
The authority continues to develop its smart systems in licenses to raise the efficiency of control and enhance transparency, which reflects positively on enabling dealers from various sectors.
It is currently working on implementing the second phase of the government bureaucracy program, which aims to remove unnecessary digital complications, cancel repeated measures, and adopt artificial intelligence techniques, which contributes to enhancing customer experience and achieving excellence in providing services.
It is worth noting that the Customer Council is a platform to discuss bureaucratic challenges based on direct customer experiences, allowing to provide practical visions on the effectiveness of procedures, and helps the authority to redesign them and remove repeated procedures and measure the impact of improvements on the ground.
