In Egypt … the dancer is acquitted of these charges!

The Egyptian dancer, known as “Dosa”, obtained a judicial ruling that she was innocent of the charges of incitement to immorality, immorality and drug use, after only 48 hours have passed since the incident of exchanging accusations between her and her maid.

Lawyer Ahmed Fathi, Dosa Defense, said that the Giza Criminal Court had been innocent in response to his defense of the seizure and inspection procedures, because there was no score in her possession at the time of her arrest. He added that the court agreed to his request to conduct a drug analysis of the dancer, and the forensic report showed that her body was free of narcotic substances, which supported her legal position and confirmed her innocence.

Fathi pointed out that the Public Prosecution has appealed the ruling of the first degree, but the Appellate Appellate Court rejected the appeal and supported the ruling of innocence, to close this case. He explained that Dosa is facing another case with the same charges that are still in consideration.

The General Administration of Literature was arrested by “Dosa” after circulating videos via the “Tek Tok” platform, in which it appeared in explicit clothes and sexual suggestions that were considered inciting immorality and immorality, and were seized in the “Al -Ahram Gardens” area and referred to the Public Prosecution that started the investigation of the case.

This ruling comes to confirm the protection of the legal rights of the accused and not to prejudice them without clear legal evidence, as well as highlighting the role of the judiciary in verifying the validity of procedures and applying the law to everyone without exception.
