"Emirates businesswomen" He discusses his plan to enhance the role of women in the national and global economy

Dubai, September 10/ WAM/ The Emirates Businesswomen Council discussed during its first meeting for the seventh session at its headquarters in Dubai, headed by His Excellency Aisha Mohammed Saeed Al -Mulla and the presence of the members of the new council, the features of its strategic plan for the seventh session, which aims to enhance the role of Emirati businesswomen in various economic sectors and open broader horizons for their participation in sustainable development, along with discussing the new statute of the council, and providing a presentation of the vision, message and strategic goals Which will direct his work during the next four years.
The meeting included the distribution of roles and responsibilities between the members and the formation of specialized committees, in addition to offering qualitative initiatives that reflect the aspirations of the council in enabling women’s competencies and expanding their participation locally, regionally and internationally. The meeting also witnessed the appointment of the First Deputy and Second Deputy Chairman of the Council by acclamation.
His Excellency Aisha Al -Mulla, in her name and the name of the members of the Council, presented the highest verses of thanks and appreciation to the wise leadership for the generous confidence that she has given to the new council, stressing that this appointment represents a motive to continue the empowerment march established by Her Highness Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak “Mother of the Emirates”, President of the General Women’s Federation, President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, Supreme President of the Family Development Foundation, Honorary President of the Emirates Women’s Business Council, via Its inspiring vision to achieve balanced empowerment 50/50 between women and men.
She emphasized that the council is facing a great national responsibility, which requires working in the spirit of one team, renewing the commitment to supporting Emirati women and entrepreneurs and enhancing their role in advancing the national economy and consolidating the image of the UAE as a global destination that embraces creativity and innovation and believes in sustainability and competitiveness. =
For her part, His Excellency Dr. Amal Abdullah Al -Hadabi, First Vice President of the Council, confirmed that the new stage will witness the launch of training programs and innovative initiatives aimed at enabling the next generation of Emirati businesswomen in a way that keeps pace with global economic transformations and enhances women’s readiness for the future.
For its part, His Excellency Dr. Amna Khalifa, the second vice -president of the council, stressed that the council will work according to a vision based on creating a stimulating business environment for Emirati women, based on innovation and sustainability, which allows her to compete at the regional and international levels.
For their part, the members of the council explained that its seventh vision is based on it to be a national leadership platform that represents the interests of the businesswomen community, and works to enhance sustainable economic development, support the state’s efforts to empower women economically and socially, and expand their participation at various levels.
This trend comes in line with the Emirates Centennial 2071, confirming that Emirati women are an authentic partner in the process of construction and development and a pillar to achieve societal balance and sustainable economic renaissance.
