The Dubai Taxi Company (SAA), a leader in the field of providing smart and sustainable mobility solutions, has signed a strategic agreement with EVS, which specializes in the field of electric vehicle maintenance, with the aim of providing comprehensive maintenance services for its fleet of taxis and omezin from electric vehicles.
This partnership comes within the framework of the commitment of Dubai Taxi Company to support the emirate’s vision of a transformation towards a future of carbon emissions, while ensuring high operational efficiency for its advanced fleet of electric vehicles. This partnership reflects the firm commitment of Dubai Taxi to ensure the highest safety standards for passengers, enhance vehicle performance efficiency, and provide an integrated and integrated move. This investment in the maintenance of specialized electric vehicles comes from the company’s belief that safe and reliable operation is the basis for building a smooth and distinct transfer experience.
According to the agreement, EVS shall take responsibility for maintaining part of the Dubai Taxi fleet consisting of 440 electric vehicles (taxis and limozine vehicles). The services provided include high -voltage batteries, maintenance of electrical motors, thermal management systems, in addition to software updates, and the reset of the transmission system. EVS is the first center specialized in maintenance of electric vehicles at the level of the UAE, as it combines accredited expertise, tools specifically designed for this purpose, and advanced diagnostic technologies directed to electric vehicles.
The agreement was signed by the Executive Director of Operations at the Dubai Taxi Company, Ammar Al -Braiki, and the CEO of EVS, specialized in maintenance of electric vehicles, Saeed Al -Junaibi, where the agreement was signed at the headquarters of the Dubai Taxi Company, in the presence of a number of senior officials from both sides.
This partnership supports the goals of the Dubai Clean Energy Strategy 2050, and the Emirates Climate Neutrality strategy 2050, by ensuring the sustainable operation of the fleet of electrical taxis, reducing carbon emissions, and enhancing the flexibility of the fleet in the long run.
In this context, the Executive Director of Operations at the Dubai Taxi Company, Ammar Al -Braiki, confirmed that the integrated maintenance infrastructure constitutes a basic pillar in the prolongation of vehicles and enhances their operational efficiency. He added: “This partnership represents an important step to ensure the ideal performance of the fleet of electric vehicles, in order to support our goal of providing global and sustainable transmission solutions, and contributing to achieving Dubai’s ambitions to reach the zero neutrality. With the acceleration of the transfer of Dubai Taxi Company towards clean mobility, this agreement is a qualitative shift in our journey towards leadership in the future of urban movement that is environmentally friendly in the region.”
