"refrigeration" and"Johnson Controls" Expect an agreement to develop advanced cooling technologies

Abu Dhabi, September 22 / WAM / The National Central Reading Company “Reading” and “Johnson Control” global company specialized in the field of smart, health and sustainable buildings today announced the signing of a joint agreement aimed at accelerating the process of developing and providing innovative and advanced cooling technologies.

The partnership focuses on achieving gains in energy efficiency, reliability, and reduce the total total cost, while supporting climate neutrality strategies in the region, environmental frameworks, community and corporate governance (ESG). The agreement also focused on the supply of advanced centrifugal packages of the new generation to enhance the efficiency of systems and reduce climate impact, by taking advantage of the performance analyzes provided by the “Johnson Controls” platforms for immediate improvement of performance and enhancing the reliability of operations.

The agreement was signed during a ceremony hosted by the headquarters of the “Reading” company in Abu Dhabi, in the presence of Khaled Al Marzouqi, CEO of the company, and “Richard Lake”, Vice President and President of “Johnson Controls” in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Khaled Al -Marzouki said that this agreement contributes to supporting the two parties by ensuring the supply of the basic equipment for large -scale infrastructure projects, pointing out that the combination of the operational excellence of the cooling company and the advanced technologies of the coolers from Johnson Controls, will enable concrete benefits to customers and societies alike, by achieving exceptional efficiency in energy consumption and reliability of reliability operations Cooling areas.

For his part, “Richard Lake” said that the partnership with cooling is an opportunity to highlight how reliable technologies and data -based services can enhance the level of performance in the areas of the areas of regions on a large scale, explaining that the two sides will work together to meet the increasing demand for cooling in rapidly growing urban areas, while reducing energy consumption and emissions, which contributes to ensuring quality of life.

The partnership is based on two main axes, the first related to coolers that use advanced technologies, as Johnson Controls will provide a wide range of large capacity coolers, equipped with variable speed engines and normative systems for flexible loads, all of which are designed to reduce energy consumption and reduce maintenance requirements, while enhancing the efficiency of exploiting spaces inside cooling areas of the areas of the “cooling company”, and the second Integrated life cycle services, which include support in the fields of design and engineering, operating and restarting work, performance guarantees based on major indicators, as well as updates and renewal work, and remote monitoring services through network operating centers, with the aim of prolonging the age of assets and reducing the total costs of equipment and coolers ownership.

This framework agreement is in line with the global goals of sustainability by focusing on energy -saving technologies, and the adoption of less effective refrigeration materials on the environment, in addition to applying the principles of the circular economy and the efficiency of resource use, in a way that links improvements at the level of stations with more comprehensive policies to reduce carbon emissions.
