His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, also sent a congratulatory message to His Excellency the President. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, President of the Republic of Uganda, on the occasion of his country’s independence anniversary.
