Calculating the fluctuation rate for Chubb stock based on the price of 31.86 riyals

Yesterday, the Extraordinary General Assembly of Chubb Arabia Cooperative Insurance Company approved an increase in the company’s capital by granting bonus shares. Accordingly, the fluctuation rate for the company’s shares was calculated based on the price of 31.86 riyals for today, Thursday.

The existing orders will be cancelled, while the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) will add the bonus shares to the shareholders’ portfolios before the start of trading on Monday 04/28/1447 AH corresponding to 10/20/2025 AD.
