Oil prices rise 3% after US sanctions on two Russian companies

Increased Oil prices rose by about 3% in early Asian trading on Thursday morning, after the United States imposed New sanctions on the two largest oil companies in Russia.
Nearly 00:30 GMT, the price of US West Texas Intermediate crude oil increased by 2.89% to reach $60.19, while the price of Brent crude oil rose by 2.86% to reach $64.38.
