Profits of major industrial companies in China increased by 3.2 percent

BEIJING, 27th October, 2017 (WAM) – Official data today showed that the profits of major industrial companies in China rose by 3.2% on an annual basis during the first nine months of 2025.
The National Bureau of Statistics of China stated that the total profits of industrial enterprises, each with annual main business revenues of at least 20 million yuan (about 2.8 million US dollars), recorded 5.37 trillion yuan during the aforementioned period.
During last September, the profits of major industrial companies recovered significantly, with an increase of 21.6% over the same period last year, according to the authority.
