An earthquake measuring 6.2 Richter strikes the coast of East Timor


A 6.2 magnitude earthquake struck Richter scale, yesterday, Sunday, the coast of East Timor, Southeast Asia.
The US Geological Survey reported that The epicenter of the earthquake was about (48) kilometers northwest of the Banteay Makassar area, and at a depth of (96) kilometers.
There were no reports of an occurrence Human losses or material damage as a result of the earthquake, while no warnings were issued about the possibility of a tsunami.
