Russian Defense: About 110 Ukrainian forces were killed in Kubyansk and Krasnoarmesk

The Russian Ministry of Defense announced today, Monday, the killing of about 110 Ukrainian forces during operations by the Russian Armed Forces in Kubyansk, Kharkov Oblast, and Krasnoarmesk, Donetsk People’s Republic.

 

The Ministry explained in a statement reported by the Russian News Agency that in Krasnoarmesk, Storming groups of the Russian Second Army carried out active offensive operations to expand their area of control near the railway station, losing about 60 Ukrainian soldiers, and destroyed two armored combat vehicles and 3 Ukrainian cars.

She added that in Kubyansk, 4 attempts by Ukrainian formations to break the siege on the right bank of the Oskol River were thwarted. Through destroyed crossings in the Petrovka area, and as a result of damage from artillery and drone fire, which resulted in the killing of about 50 Ukrainian soldiers, and the destruction of 6 pieces of Ukrainian military equipment, including two Humvee armored vehicles.

Earlier today, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported the control of the towns of Novorokolaivka. Privolnoye in Zaporozhye Province, and the town of Egorovka in Dnipropetrovsk Province.
