A drawn-up plan… Putin reveals the nature of relations with North Korea
He said Monday confirmed the relations between his country and is developing according to the plan.

North Korean soldiers in Ukraine

The visit is the latest in growing diplomatic communication. between the two countries, and came a few days after North Korean leader Kim Jong Un pledged to strengthen military ties with Moscow.
