Fujairah, 29 October / WAM / The activities of the “Emirates Creativity Market” exhibition, organized by Fujairah Creativity City, were launched today in the city building, with wide participation from national project owners and productive families, as part of its ongoing efforts to support entrepreneurship and empower the local community through innovation and creativity.
The two-day exhibition aims to provide a platform to display local products and encourage craftsmen and creators to highlight their talents and market their products in a way that enhances the culture of production and self-reliance, in addition to motivating young people to embark on the experience of small and medium enterprises.
His Excellency Salem Marshoud Al Hafiti, Director of Fujairah Creative City, stressed that supporting productive families represents a great incentive to encourage them to develop and market more of their products, indicating that the city’s organization of this market comes within the framework of the vision of the wise leadership to support the national economy and provide an incubating environment for talents and entrepreneurs.
He said that the initiative will continue periodically to expand the circle of beneficiaries and strengthen the innovation system in the Emirate of Fujairah, adding that the city seeks, through these initiatives, to create a sustainable platform for entrepreneurs and creators to present their ideas and products, and to exchange experiences in line with the state’s trends in promoting the creative economy and innovation, and in facilitating doing business in the emirate, as the city allows participation in it without any fees, in support of productive families and owners of small projects, and to contribute to the development of their home and commercial businesses.
