Mohammed bin Rashid approves the formation of the Board of Trustees of the “Mohammed bin Rashid Endowment District”, headed by Mattar Al Tayer

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, approved the formation of the Board of Trustees of the “Mohammed bin Rashid Endowment District”, headed by Mattar Al Tayer, and the membership of Saeed Mohammed Al Eter, Mirwais Azizi, Marwan bin Ghalita, Mohammed Saeed Al Shehhi, Rashid Ali bin Aboud Al Falasi, Masoud Mohammed Sharif, Dr. Mehdi Fardan Ali Al Fardan, Farhad Mirwais Azizi, and Dr. Shayestah. The “Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Waqfi District” project is considered a pioneering urban destination that combines modern housing, a commercial environment, health care and education according to an integrated vision.

The project is the first endowment neighborhood in the region as part of the strategic investments of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives Foundation, with the support of Azizi Real Estate Development Company. Its total area is two million square feet, and with investments amounting to 4.7 billion dirhams, of which 330 million dirhams are contributions from a number of investors. The investment returns will be allocated to the neighborhood’s various residential, health and educational facilities for the sustainability of goodness, by employing them to support education and health around the world.
