International Egyptian soprano Sherine Ahmed Tarek commented on the rumors that circulated recently following the opening ceremony of the Grand Egyptian Museum.








During a telephone conversation with journalist Ahmed Salem on the “One Last Word” program on ONE, Sherine said that she followed all the rumors that were circulating, and described them as “crazy,” adding: “My husband and I laugh at her, because I am happy in my marriage and married to a very respectable man.”

She added: “The truth is that it made me a little angry because it put a cloud over this great joy and my participation in the opening ceremony of the Grand Egyptian Museum.”

Regarding her presentation and participation in the opening ceremony of the Grand Egyptian Museum, she confirmed that until now she cannot comprehend that she participated in that huge celebration, adding: “I have not understood it yet. We have been training for this celebration for a long time, until the day of the presentation came, I was completely present and I felt warmth and love as if we were in the middle of a big story, and I felt this love from the whole country.”

The international Egyptian soprano, Sherine Ahmed Tarek, received great praise from various masses of the Egyptian people, after her wonderful performance at the opening ceremony of the Grand Egyptian Museum, in the presence of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.
