Arabian Insurance’s profits declined by 97.4% in the third quarter of 2025

The profits of the Arabian Cooperative Insurance Company declined in the third quarter of 2025 by 97.4% to 354 thousand riyals, compared to 13.5 million riyals in the same quarter of last year.
According to the company’s statement on the website "Saudi Arabia trading"The reason for the decrease in net profit after zakat and income tax during the current quarter compared to the same quarter of the previous year is mainly due to a decrease in the result of net insurance services by approximately 12.5 million riyals and net investment income by approximately 8.5 million riyals.
This came despite the decrease in other operating expenses by approximately 6 million riyals.
The reason for the decrease in net profit after zakat and income tax during the current quarter compared to the previous quarter is mainly due to a decrease in net investment income by approximately 9.5 million riyals, and an increase in other operating expenses by approximately 1.9 million riyals.
This came despite the increase in the result of net insurance services by approximately 6.4 million riyals.
The reason for the decrease in net profit after zakat and income tax during the current period (9 months) compared to the similar period of the previous year is mainly due to a decrease in the result of net insurance services by approximately 32.5 million riyals and a decrease in net investment income by approximately 7.9 million riyals.
This came despite the decrease in other operating expenses and the allocation for zakat and income tax by approximately 13.1 million riyals, in addition to the decrease in net insurance financing expenses by approximately 1.9 million riyals.
