Youth of the Enterprise Development Agency participate in the International Salon of Traditional Crafts in Algeria

Rahmi’s statements came on the occasion of the participation of clients of the Enterprise Development Agency in the activities of the twenty-sixth edition of the International Salon of Traditional Crafts Exhibition in Algeria, which is being held  At the Palace of Culture, Mufdi Zakaria in Algiers, and was inaugurated by Houria Madahi, Minister of Tourism and Traditional Industry, where this session was organized within the framework of the celebrations of the National Craftsman’s Day in Algeria.

Ambassador Abdel Latif Al-Layeh, the Egyptian Ambassador to Algeria, inspected the pavilions of the agency’s agents participating in the exhibition, and stressed the importance of their participation in this important event to introduce the public to distinguished Egyptian products and the ancient Egyptian heritage of arts and creativity.

He explained Rahmi said that the agency’s participation in the International Salon of Handicrafts in Algeria comes as a continuation of the fruitful cooperation with the Arab countries in general and the State of Algeria in particular, to maximize the benefit from economic and trade relations with these countries given that they are a promising market for Egyptian exports. He pointed out that the cooperation between the two countries in the field of handicrafts and heritage was evident in Algeria being honored with a distinguished pavilion at the Our Heritage Exhibition in its seventh edition, which was held in Cairo last October, in addition to its participation in a number of sessions. Rahmi added that the cooperation between the two countries in the field of handicrafts exhibitions aims to encourage small business owners to develop their products in line with the requirements of foreign markets and to help them know the needs of these markets and obtain opportunities for export and contracting. He pointed out that participation in the exhibitions contributes to marketing the products for which the various governorates of Egypt are famous and which find great demand in international markets, which is reflected in the development of Egyptian exports and an increase in the volume of trade exchange between the two countries, as well as the contribution of the exhibitions to the exchange of technical and marketing expertise.
