Dubai, November 21 / WAM / The Emirati Caldis Holding Group concluded its successful participation in the activities of the nineteenth edition, the largest in the history of the “Dubai Airshow 2025”, which concluded today and lasted for five days at “Dubai World Central”.
During its participation, the group highlighted its latest innovations, advanced defense solutions, and its extensive experience in the field of developing integrated national technologies and products, which reflects its commitment to consolidating its position on the map of global defense industries.
The Caldis Holding Group launched, at an important historical milestone in its journey, the “Badr-250” light attack aircraft, the first of its kind to be fully developed and manufactured in the UAE by Emirati hands and competencies, to keep pace with the requirements of modern tactical operations with an advanced carbon fiber structure that provides less weight and higher rigidity.
Caldis displayed the B-250T advanced training aircraft, the modern Sweihan 8×8 mechanism with advanced capabilities – the version designated for air defense, and the high-precision “Al Haddah” missile system.
The group revealed for the first time one of its unique solutions and innovations, which is the advanced short-range “Shield” air defense system capable of confronting a wide range of air threats, including drones, in confirmation of its leadership in innovating integrated and advanced protection systems and keeping pace with modern operational requirements.
The “CALDUS” platform at the exhibition received remarkable visits and a wide turnout from ministers, senior officials, military leaders, decision-makers, and participating official delegations from various countries of the world, who all praised the extent of progress achieved by the UAE defense industries in general and the “CALDUS” products in particular, stressing the merit of the UAE’s defense product and its ability to compete regionally and internationally due to its accuracy, reliability, and keeping pace with the latest advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence, and its ability to meet customer requirements and adapt it to various environments. And the fields.
The Dubai Airshow witnessed the signing of Caldis Holding Group a number of agreements, partnerships and memorandums of understanding with a number of major companies concerned with defense industries around the world related to defense systems and solutions in their various forms.
CALDUS has signed a strategic partnership agreement with the Indra Group, a leading global company in information technology, aviation, defense and mobility systems, to launch the first integrated regional center for pilot training in the UAE that serves the Middle East and the wider regions of Asia, Africa and Europe and includes all areas of training according to the highest international standards.
Caldis Holding also signed a cooperation agreement with Airbus aimed at establishing a local center for the maintenance, repair and overhaul of A400M aircraft in the UAE, in addition to concluding a partnership agreement with Safran Electronics and Defense Company, a global company specializing in aviation, defense and security systems, aiming to meet the growing demand for advanced airdrop services in the UAE.
