At dawn on Tuesday, the Israeli occupation forces launched a campaign of raids and arrests in various parts of the West Bank, including raiding and searching homes and assaulting citizens and their property.
The Palestinian News Agency, “Wafa”, reported: The Israeli occupation forces stormed a house in the town of Silwad, northeast of Ramallah, and burned an agricultural facility in the town of Mikhmas, north of occupied Jerusalem. An occupation army force also stormed the Al-Masayef neighborhood in the city of Al-Bireh in the West Bank, and raided the home of the prisoner Muhammad Muhannad Yassin, and seized his personal computer.
And in Jericho… the occupation forces stormed the city of Jericho in the West Bank and the Aqabat Jabr and Ain camps. Sultan, and arrested a number of citizens.
It explained that among the detainees: the secretary of the Fatah movement in Jericho Governorate, Nael Abu Al-Assal, the secretary of the organizational area in the Aqaba Jabr camp, Nassar Abu Dahuk, Thaer Shaheen, Ali Raslan, Muhammad Nazif, Nabil Dowidar, Mahmoud Al-Walji, Musa Al-Kalouni, Rami Al-Kalouni, and Ahmed Fathi Awadat. And in Bethlehem… at midnight, the Israeli occupation forces renewed their raid on the village of Husan, west of Bethlehem, and carried out raids on a number of homes.
The agency pointed out that the occupation forces were stationed after storming the village in the Al-Tahta and Al-Jabal neighborhoods, and raided a number of homes and searched them, Without reporting any arrests, surveillance cameras installed on the facades of homes and shops were also examined, and a number of them were seized.
The towns of Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate, and the areas surrounding Jerusalem and the rest of the West Bank, are witnessing a dangerous escalation in colonialist attacks during the recent period, which included storming homes, burning barracks and vehicles, and assaulting citizens and farmers under the protection of the occupation forces, as part of attempts to expand colonial outposts and impose further restrictions on Population.
