Various winter aid was distributed to meet the basic needs of these groups. A special ceremony was also organized for orphan children and their mothers, which included recreational activities and the distribution of gifts to the children.

Sheikh Saqr bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Association’s Board of Directors, said at the conclusion of a visit he made to Jordan at the head of a delegation from the Association that this visit comes as an extension of a path that the Association began years ago to support Syrian refugees, needy families and orphans in Jordan, explaining that the winter represents one of the most difficult periods for these families who lack the elements of stability and decent living inside the camps and border areas. Therefore, the Association was keen to direct part of its relief programs to providing winter needs and direct support through field teams that touch Reality and gets to know the needs of families closely.
