China.. A train hits a group of workers and kills 11 people

Eleven people were killed and two others were injured Thursday morning in southwest China when They entered its track, killing 11 and wounding two.
She added that the railway administration immediately activated the plan Emergency Response, and cooperated with local authorities to organize rescue and relief operations.
She indicated that an investigation had been opened into the causes of the accident, stressing the need to hold those responsible accountable.
