The death toll from the Hong Kong fire rose to 146 people… and 11 people were arrested

The death toll from the fire that broke out in a residential complex in Hong Kong this week to 146 people, police said Sunday.

The Hong Kong Building Department ordered the temporary suspension of work on 30 private building projects across the city.
