Behind the scenes of Putin’s meeting with the American delegation

Russian Presidential Assistant Yuri Ushakov confirmed at the end of the American delegation’s meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in the Kremlin that no compromises had been reached so far.

Ushakov indicated that the two sides discussed during the meeting the essence of the agreement and not its wording. He also stressed that there are currently no plans to hold a meeting between US President Donald Trump and his Russian counterpart.
